We’re aware that accessories can help enhance any beat-down vintage vehicle. But we feel that what the owner did to his (or her) truck just took that concept a little too far. Kids, when we say giving your vehicle the right accessories, that means a set of step bars, a nice grille, a slick bumper or an array of hubcaps. Putting a magician’s hat on the hood, a circular wire on one of its headlights, and attaching a makeshift mustache to its grille isn’t accessorizing. It’s actually bordering on punishment. Trust us, if this truck could talk, it would be cursing like crazy on the road. Poor little thing.
Toyota has been around since your parents or even your grandparents were once cool. Given their rich history, it’s nice to see that even up until this day, the company is still making an impact. That’s why even though it doesn’t talk about classic cars, we couldn’t pass on posting Toyota’s brand new ad. Just picture yourself driving its new 2010 Toyota Tundra through the structure shown in the commercial (yes, including through the blazing tunnel). Not an easy feat, but we’re guessing that it will be with this new pickup. So be sure to check the ad today.
Can you imagine driving around in a military-type vehicle? If you can, then you might want to look into getting this 1972 Pinzgauer.
Currently being sold at a starting price of $18,950, this truck comes with a 2.5-liter, four-cylinder engine capable of producing 105 horsepower. It’s not the fast but given its built, it shouldn’t be, right? Its interior is also in good condition so there’s not much to repair. Unless you really want to add some “bling” to it, that is.
So why consider getting this ride? Well, aside from the fact that not everyone drives around in this thing (making you automatically stand out), it could help you get away from dire traffic situations. After all, nobody wants to mess with the military, right? And with this Pinzgauer, you’ll probably be able to make people think that you’re part of Uncle Sam’s troopers.
