Crossbreeding is something commonly done with animals. You don’t, however, see this done that much with cars. And when you do, it sometimes turns out to be weirder than it should be. Just take a look at this mish-mash of a car that has earned the nickname “Hondabaru.”

The Hondabaru carries a body of a Honda Civic and a frame of a Subaru WRX. Thanks to this combination, this hatchback gets to have an AWD feature. While that’s pretty common for those big SUVs, that’s practically a rarity for this vehicle type.

So if you’re the type that fancies something quirky, this could be the vehicle for you. Of course, you’ll have to fork up $6,200 just to get it. But at least, you can brag that you’re the only one that’s got this baby.
